Terms and conditions. 

Last Night’s PhotoBooth is responsible for the delivery, setup, breakdown and maintenance of the photo booth during the scheduled event. Rental hours are counted as consecutive hours with no breaks in run time. Breaks in the run time of the photo booth are considered idle time; the rate for idle time is $50 per hour. We will arrive one hour prior to the event to set up and test the photo booth. Rental includes unlimited photo booth sessions throughout the duration of the event. All images will be hosted online through our online gallery page using your event name. If you prefer that your photos not be shown online or would like them to be password protected, just let us know. A prop box will be provided for guests to use during the rental, with the option of purchasing some of the props after the event. If the photo booth is inoperable for 100% of the event, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the event. We are not liable for any other costs above and beyond our rental fee. 
The client is responsible for providing a solid, level area large enough for the photo booth, protected from rain and within 20 feet of a standard electrical outlet. The client is responsible for any damages caused by the client or the client’s guests to the Last Night’s Photobooth equipment during the rental period. Our professional attendant will be on site to make sure the booth is fully operational at all times. 

If the photo booth runs out of ink/paper during your event, we will replenish the paper and may need to shut down for 5 minutes. If this occurs, we will add 5 minutes to the end of your rental period.
Extra hours are prorated at $160 an hour and can be added any time, including at the event. Idle hours cost $50 per hour. 
To reserve the date and time of your event, you will be required to submit a $200 nonrefundable deposit at the time of the order. The remainder of the payment for the chosen package will be due 14 days prior to the event unless the reservation is less than 14 days away, in which case the full amount will be due at the time of the order. Local sales tax applies to the total cost of the rental.
Last Night’s PhotoBooth will deliver the photo booth to your event venue. If the venue contains obstructions that prevent us from delivering the photo booth, we are not responsible for lost hours of service. Examples of obstructions include a lack of ramp/elevator access to the photo booth location or a prohibition against photo booths. Please check with your venue to ensure that photo booths are allowed and that the venue provides access for us to roll the booth to the required location. 
Please inform us of any special requests you may have regarding the event venue.
Last Night’s PhotoBooth Company reserves the right to use photos taken in our photo booths for marketing purposes.
